The ideal Order Management Specialist is an individual who is able to execute on a wide array of daily tasks. This includes many critical functions such as order entry, order shipment initiation and review, data integrity reviews and other various activities. A process- driven individual who will work to standardize these functions to increase efficiency and accuracy will be successful in this role. Many of these daily tasks require use of the company's ERP system as well as the use of Microsoft Excel. As such, a person who is proficient and comfortable spending a large amount of time working with these applications is required. The ability to quickly adapt to process changes or new technologies will be necessary as the Company is continuing to grow and explore how new systems can improve our customer service levels. This team-focused individual must also be a diligent worker and able to communicate with both Account Managers and Customer Experience Managers as well as with production floor associates. Being a team player focused on customer experience enhancement, along with the Company's overall success, is vitally important in this growing and dynamic company.
