WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for dedicated team player to join us as our Office Administrator. If you work well in a fast-paced environment both independently and as a part of team, have great communication skills, learn quickly and have a passion for people. Role: Office Administrator
Location: Edmonton and Area
Job Type: Full Time Position
Compensation: We offer competitive wages as well as many team incentives!
Hours: Variable Hours
· Data entry into multiple in-house system and excel spreadsheets relating to both Human Resource and Finance functions
· Communicate & interact with co-workers, management, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner
· Ordering and maintaining uniform inventory
· Daily maintenance of data bases along with other basic clerical duties
· Other duties as required
· Valid driver’s license
· Minimum two years’ experience in an office setting
· Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Basic accounting skills would be an asset
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
· Enjoys being part of a team
· Passion to succeed and grow in an organization.
