Position Overview: The IT Services Account Executive manages a territory of accounts, both ones you bring in and assigned accounts and you are accountable for the growth of revenue and profitability within their customer base. Business Responsibilities: The IT Services Account Executive is accountable for the growth of revenue and profit within their customer base. § Must be consultative and work with customers to identify their needs and provide value added services and solutions to them. Grow marketshare by acquiring new accounts. Manages their financial performance as specified within their fiscal plan. Needs to leverage partnerships with industry leaders and capitalize on existing account control earned by these partners. Implement strategic & tactical initiatives and plans. Develop business cases & solicits management concurrence to proceed with their recommendations. Maintain outstanding business relationships with all customers and business partners. Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year in selling IT staffing and/or IT services to End users, VAR, OEMs, Professional Services Firms, Global Outsources and Integrators. Must be truly consultative with a track record of consistent growth year-over-year. Must have a University/College Degree or equivalent. Must possess outstanding skills in the areas of time management, written, and oral communications. Must possess superior business aptitude and be organized & effective when meeting and exceeding their quotas
