The way we do biz here is obsessively focused on our customers. Yeah yeah…everyone says that…but we never do anything without asking the question: Is this right for the customer?
As our Sales Manager you’ll be:
Overseeing performance on a call by call basis on the phone, by messenger, and by email
Talking directly to the customers to close deals
Ensuring appointments are sitting at critical mass
Training team members individually and in groups
Developing and working on a personal leadership plan
Positively contributing to the happiness, health, and wealth of the culture
Ensuring that maintenance calls were performed thoroughly
Ensuring that service calls are performed successfully and to the delight of customers
Ensuring all legitimate sales opportunities are closed
Following up incessantly on all unclosed business
Monitoring and maintaining benchmark KPI’s
Coordinating with the Operations Manager to ensure client delight
