  • Creating and emailing the following to clients: Contracts, Invoices, Proposals and Quotes.
  • Sending Clients Follow Up emails.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and follow up with clients.
  • Assist with coordinating Realtor Training, Brokerage Presentations, Events, etc.
  • Participate in Realtor Training, Brokerage Presentations, Events, etc.
  • Assist with ongoing Marketing Campaigns & Strategies.
  • Assist with maintaining/updating our Inventory system
  • Proficient with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Proficient with the English language
  • Must have great communication skills
  • Must have great comprehension skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have own vehicle
