Job Summary:

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll Processor

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Accounts Receivable      

o   Send out invoices for shared systems

o   Process Yearbook Orders

o   Download Internet payments for donations and purchases

o   Maintain a cash receipts tracker and bank deposit log.   

·        Accounts Payable            

o   Process invoices, bank drafts

o   Print Checks

o   Assist with year end tax documents

·        Payroll

o   Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for multiple clients.

·        Assist Accountants and management with journal entries and financial statement preparation

Essential Requirements and Skills:

·        Intermediate or higher with Excel

·        Good Communication Skills

·        Experience with financial accounting systems

·        Team Player

Work Experience:

·        5 years experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll, preferably with a not for profit.
