Located at Appolson Performance Center in Hamburg, this fast-paced position is responsible to assist our customers will their parts orders and service appointments, as well as our sales and technician team with showroom and administrative support.
The ideal candidate has a background in retail, customer service or a small busy office-- we are willing to train you on the specifics for our fun industry! Experience with inventory or sales a plus.
We are looking for someone who is positive and friendly, likes to learn and problem solve, and take care of the needs of coworkers and clients.
Position could be full-time or part-time, with the potential for 1-2 early evenings or Saturday if desired.

Job Duties include:
· Retail front desk including greeting customers and answering phone inquiries
· Service Department: Assist customers to schedule service appointments, check-in and collect payment
· Parts: Assist phone, email and in-person inquiries and orders for parts, including follow up for special orders
· Showroom: Assist customers to purchase accessories and garments and coordinate with sales team
· Inventory including special orders, stocking, counting
· Assist with admin, sales or service with pre- or post-sales documents, recordkeeping, or preparation
