We provide exterior and interior painting services for residential and commercial projects. We have operated for six years in Calgary focusing on Woodbine & Pump Hill / Bel-Aire and surrounding neighbourhoods in south Calgary. Our crews have completed over 300 projects.
The hours for the position are Monday - Friday from 8 am - 6 pm. Due to poor weather, there will be weekdays that are lost which is why our schedule is set at 50 hours/week as a failsafe. As an example, we may lose a Wednesday of painting due to rain so the work hours that week will be 40. Overtime is paid at time and a half after employees have worked for 44 hours in a week period. Our operating period is year-round.
We are looking for motivated, assertive, and hardworking individuals that are able to take control and finish projects efficiently without sacrificing quality. We hire for attitude then train the required skill set.
We provide all the required materials to complete the projects. Pay is budget based with the opportunity for raises during the year depending on skill level and increased responsibility.
Having a car to travel to job sites is advantageous. Painting experience is not required however preferred.
