Experience Requirement Qualifications include:
- Strong computer skills,
- Ability to multi task
- Must be able to communicate clearly (both written and verbal) with both drivers and customers.
- Must have excellent people skills, including the ability to work effectively with a diverse group

- Managing driver manifests/ Trip sheets and dispatching drivers
- Communicating between drivers, customers and management
- Updating daily agendas throughout the day
- Daily reports and cash out sheets/ monthly scrap cheques
- Responding to all customer calls about salvage pick up / drop off and coordinating commercial accounts for salvage.
- Managing some walk in customers
