Active 30 office facility is in search of the ideal candidate to fill a full time Intelligent Assistant Receptionist role. First point of contact for the company answering high volume of calls, and performing a variety of administrative tasks.  Must be organized and efficient with keen attention to detail, articulate over the phone and in person, excellent written and verbal communication skills.  The ideal candidate will have a professional and friendly disposition who will thrive in a team environment and will be willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:    

-greet and welcome clients

-answer and screen calls for 180+ different clients with customized scripts

-schedule and update appointment calendar; meeting room and office maintenance throughout the day

-e-mail distribution and message escalation

-receiving, sorting and distributing mail

-generate month end reports

-performing other clerical reception duties such as filling, photocopying and faxing

-responsibilities to be added as needed
