Welcome To Joy of Living - Applying For The Part-Time & Full Time Tiffin Sales Associate Position

Looking for a customer service oriented individual with a passion for food and wine and an eye for detail to join our team. Ralph's Joy of Living is a family owned business serving the Tiffin area for 70 years.  We offer a wide range of brand name cookware, cutlery, gadgets and our  most recent addition: Olivelle, a line of 38 flavor infused olive oils and vinegars!  The ideal candidate will:  

  • Interact with customers with sincerity and enthusiasm
  • Use product knowledge to demonstrate features and benefits, while assisting customers in making informed decisions based on their needs
  • Offer samples (Post COVID restrictions) of featured wine, coffee and food items.
  • Maintain merchandising displays throughout the store, which includes cleaning, tagging and ensuring all displays are accurate
  • Operate the POS system to accurately complete customer transactions
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as a team to ensure individual, department and store objectives are met
  • Assist with special events and promotions
