What is a Management Representative?
The Management Representative has the overall responsibility and authority for the Quality Management System throughout the company. They are responsible for maintaining control of the established procedures, ensuring correct documentation is utilized, and is the driving force when solving problems both proactively and retroactively.
Role Expectations:
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Training and managing production and office staff in procedures and quality assessment of goods
- Perform detailed and recorded inspections of goods to ensure they are up to industry and company standards
- Lead special projects and take advantage of “Great Opportunities”
- Seek, research, and implement improvements throughout the manufacturing enterprise.
- Available to work Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Skills:
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite
- Politely and efficiently communicate with both internal and external customers both written and verbally.
- Ability to learn new programs such as Sage50, AutoCAD, MultiCam, ArtiosCAD, EscoDraw (prior experience a plus).
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple, and often conflicting, priorities
- Extremely well organized and detail oriented.
- Experience with regulatory compliance required (may not be AS9100 specifically, please specify regulation(s))
