SAW OPERATOR

WORK HOURS:     M-F 7:30 AM - 4:30PM (1/2 Hr Lunch)

COMPENSATION: COMMENSURATE w/ EXPERIENCE

REPORTS TO:       PLANT MANAGER

- Must live within 30 minutes of DFW Airport

PROFICIENCIES

 1.    Bi-lingual a plus

2.    Good work record past five (5) years

3. Proficient math skills
4. Experience in using a tape measure
5. Demonstrated forklift driving skills

6.    Accurate with focus on quality and quantity

7.    Excellent safety record

8.    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

9.    Requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

10.  Must be able to work on a timetable, follow instructions and respond to management direction

JOB DUTIES

1. Requires skills to safely fabricate foam on horizontal & vertical saws (prior experience a plus)
2. Assist with assembly and foam kit lamination in production
3. Bale scrap foam as needed

4.    Ensure all jobs are met effectively and timely

5.    Compliance with all safety & good housekeeping procedures

6. Ensure work areas are clean, kept orderly and aisleways are clear for through traffic
7. Assist with loading/unloading raw materials and assist customers with order loading as needed
8. Any other duties as assigned by management
