The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a key part of Telarite’s team, leading the strong drive for sales, revenue and growth. The BDR generates sales via inbound/outbound prospecting, using multiple channels like phone, email, social media, client meetings, direct mail, etc.
You will proactively learn about customer objectives and challenges, developing a deep understanding of their business and spotting new opportunities. With those insights, you lead new conversations and show current and potential customers how Telarite services can make their business more efficient at a lower price.

The Business Development Representative position is structured as a base salary plus commission. Our goal for our BDRs is to earn in the range of $60,000-$110,000 per year with no upper limit on earning potential.
