Marketing/Designer
We are continuing to grow and are currently seeking high energy, self-motivated Marketing/Design specialist to join our development team in Halifax, Nova Scotia to help us promote ourselves and our partner organizations.

Responsibilities
- Graphic Design
- Social Media Marketing
- Webpage/E-Mail Design
- Development of marketing materials and overall marketing strategies
- Design, implement and test digital/email/social/direct mail campaigns. Accountable for conversions and results.
- Design and implement successful referral strategy from existing user bases
- Work in tandem with the rest of our team to promote/market our products
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Fast Learner
- Knowledge of web-based services
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing… you will need to bring your knowledge and previous learning, add your perspective and great ideas, then build a plan and execute the heck out of it. Like all of us, you will be measured on your ROI.
- Digital/Google Ads specialist with experience building landing pages and generating action.
Preferred Qualifications
- A good sense of humour
- Agency experience in a marketing/design position where you grew/built one or more brands
- Experience marketing business-to-business (B2B) services
- Experience with social media interaction/integration
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
