Manages customers, leads and products as assigned, promotes and sells products and services through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service by performing the following responsibilities in a fast-paced environment:
• Initiates contact with prospective customer within the assigned territory via email, telephone and face-to-face meetings following the model of 17 touches to promote the Company and provide product information. Follows up on company newsletter opens following above model.
• Develops and manages existing client base through face-to-face appointments and networking events and servicing clients via telephone and personal contact.
• Attends sales meetings and industry events as required to support sales efforts and increase product knowledge.
• Writes and processes task documentation using GoldMine (customer contact management system) and provides a nightly debrief in an accurate and timely manner.
• Stays abreast of company products, updates, service offerings and new technologies as applicable to insure we are conversant and capable of providing Solution selling techniques in the sales process.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
• Must be a self-driven, accomplished and articulate with a proven success record.
