Our Front Desk Hosts serve as a key figure in our guests’ overall impression of the restaurant as the first and last person the guest communicates with (in person and/or by telephone). Professionalism, efficiency and a friendly and welcoming manner are sought-after traits for this role. This position focuses on maximizing the sales volume of the restaurant by facilitating and orchestrating the intake and flow of guest reservations. Core duties include managing reservations and guest inquiries, assignment of tables and service stations to staff and collecting, inputting and updating guest data. Front Desk team members are also responsible for taking and ringing in to-go orders and handling payment. Providing the highest quality of service to guests requires a hospitality-driven skillset where anticipation of guests needs comes first.
Compensation: $22-$28 Hourly |DOE
