Phazer Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman, who is a licensed 309A Electrician – Construction and Maintenance. Founded in 1989, our portfolio includes designing and installing electrical components such as Lighting, Power Distribution, Emergency Systems, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Voice/Data/Fiber Installs, coupled with cabling certification, and complete building maintenance.

Responsibilities

Plans, assigns, directs, coordinates installation and repair of electrical activities
Facilitate communication between customer and upper management
Responsible for ensuring the safety for my crews at all times
Coordinate with other contractors and trades to ensure smooth workflow on projects
Maintain a complete understanding of the work scope, safety, and documentation involved in every project
Organize and maintain all material, labor, and equipment before, during, and after each job task
Develops team goals, objectives, work methods, procedures and performance measures
Coordinates electrical work activities with senior management, vendors, contractors
Carries out safe work practices for construction related activities
Confers with and advises management on a variety of problem solving solutions
Uses sound judgement and takes appropriate action in emergency situations
Serves as the key liaison to upper management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
Prepares comprehensive and detailed reports as required
Establish & maintain a work environment to enhance both employee morale and productivity

Qualifications

Must possess valid 309A in Construction & Maintenance
Valid driver's licence
Min. 5 years' of experience in managing projects up to $1 Million
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
