WORK HOURS:                  M-F 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM   (1/2 Hr. Lunch)

 

COMPENSATION:             Commensurate w/experience

 

REPORTS TO:                    General Manager

• PROFICIENCIES:

1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Prior direct related auto upholstery supplies warehouse sales experience a plus
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish a plus)
5. Fundamental math skills
6. Verified computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet searches)
7. Valid D.L. with good driving record for past three (3) years.
8. SAGE Peachtree software a plus

• JOB DUTIES

1. Performs duties as counter sales in an uncontrolled warehouse environment by receiving and entering Sales Orders via fax, email, phone or walk-in customers
2. Assists customers in pulling products and cutting rolled goods as needed
3. Loads and unloads trucks
4. Stocks products on shelves
5. Calls customers when orders are ready for pick-up and support with local deliveries in Company vehicle in case of emergency and Company Driver is unavailable
6. Closely follows all established policy guidelines and pricing for customer accounts and service
7. Works closely with sales team to identify new opportunities for customers
8. Ability to identify issues and provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns
9. Assists with maintaining inventory levels on the floor
