The Title/HOA Document Processor completes document orders and research for Real Estate transactions by researching, assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents. The Title/HOA Document Processor takes responsibility for ensuring that document packages are complete, accurate and files are completed with timely adherence to customers’ desired deadlines.
