AO assists in acquiring Home Owner Association, (HOA) documents for real estate transactions for all parties involved and provides time-saving software and solutions to support HOAs, Title Companies and the (SFR) Single Family Rental industry. The Position Open to both Full and Part Time Candidates:

The SFR/HOA Processor onboards properties from our Single Family Residential (SFR) clients, into our system. This involves property research, communicating with the HOA, understanding of account ledgers, accurately completing property information reports, ensuring problems with accounts are handled in a timely manner, and serving as a liaison for communication between the HOA and our SFR clients. 

People who have excelled at AO have had these skills:

  • Ability to work with a high level of detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to understand an account ledger, basic accounting experience a premium!
  • Significant comfort level with Internet, software, and computer interactions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace.
  • Confident working independently.
  • Positive, optimistic outlook.
  • Enjoy serving the customer and exceeding their expectations.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Able and available to cross-train in other AO Departments.

Other stuff you should know:  

  • Knowledge of title, real estate or mortgage is preferred, but not required, what we do is unique, and we have hired many talented people that did not have that background who have been successful.

  • We try never to work weekends and limit overtime, but occasionally we will get swamped and will require a few extra hours to provide for our clients.
  • Our clients require us to perform criminal background checks on our employees, however not all past convictions will disqualify you.
