The Position Open to Full Time Candidates:

The Title Documents Processor will be working in our Title Department and will be assisting with ordering HOA estoppels and documents to help Title Companies with closings.

Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized person to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include gathering and uploading documents to our system by contract deadlines, adhering to contract requirements, and maintaining regular communication with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate basic research skills, handle phone calls to and from clients professionally, and maintain a consistently positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and upload documents to our system by contract deadlines
  • Ensure adherence to contract requirements and timelines
  • Communicate with clients daily via email and phone
  • Make and receive phone calls with clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conduct basic research to support client needs and internal processes
  • Communicate with team members frequently throughout the day
  • Utilize basic knowledge of Microsoft programs for document management
  • Demonstrate high levels of written and verbal communication skills
  • Employ creative problem-solving skills to address challenges
  • Take the initiative to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Other stuff you should know:  

  • Knowledge of title, real estate or mortgage is preferred, but not required. What we do is unique, and we have hired many talented people that did not have the perfect background, who have been very successful.

  • We try never to work weekends and we limit overtime, but occasionally we will get swamped and will require a few extra hours to provide for our clients.
