At Alaskan AC, we need an Installation Field Supervisor. Somebody who will watch over the installation crews. Somebody who can inspect a job and catch the little things before they become big things. Somebody to prevent budget overruns.
It’s a chance to move from your day-to-day installation job, and step into a supervisory role. You will need at least 5 years of installation experience, and an understanding of working with electric, plumbing, and getting big equipment to fit in a tight space.
This is a full time, year-round position. You don’t hear that often, do you?
You gotta be nice to our customers, and help them win. Solve problems. Communicate clearly. Use your manners. That’s big for us.
You’ll also need a clean driving record for 39 months, a valid driver’s license, and drug free. Yes, we will check all of those things.
You’ll make a base salary of $45,000 plus performance-based bonuses and overtime.
