ABOUT THE ROLE

As Lead Host, you set the tone for the entire guest experience from the moment someone walks through our doors to the moment they leave wanting to come back. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and genuinely loves hospitality.

EXPERIENCE

• 1+ year in a host or guest-facing hospitality role
• Genuine warmth and a guest-first mindset
• Calm under pressure with strong multitasking skills
• Experience leading or mentoring a team
• Polished communication and professional presence
• Comfort with reservation management software
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
