The Host Desk is the first and last impression of the restaurant and sets the tone for the dining experience. We are looking for an energetic professional to lead Walla Walla Steak Co’s Host Desk, helping to maximize sales volume by orchestrating the flow of seating while creating amazing, personalized evenings for each guest.
This position will be responsible for assigning server sections, inputting, and updating guest data, assisting with guest loyalty programs, neighborhood marketing, and execution of the concierge program. May also provide support for additional marketing programs. Responsible for receiving and entering to go orders into POS, and handling payment.
