We are looking for someone to oversee our front office. Duties will include, but not be limited to, scheduling of our field crews, providing quotes to customers, invoicing customers, oversee ordering to receiving of materials, and inputting bills into Quickbooks.
Must be professional, good at building relationships with both customers and vendors, comfortable answering phone calls, and making collection calls. Prefer person have bookkeeping background. Needs to be familiar with Quickbooks accounting software as well as have ability to prepare excel spreadsheets.
Hours are Monday through Friday; 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Overtime will be mandatory on a limited basis. Looking to hire as soon as possible.

The successful applicant has the following:
Customer relation skills
Bookkeeping experience (preferable with Quickbooks)
Ability to create excel spreadsheets
