Welcome To Southern Tech - Applying For The Marketing & Graphic Design Administrative Assistant Position

To assist the Marketing Coordinator with the development and implementation of a marketing and communications plan for SouthernTech that connects the purposes and philosophies of the technology center to the community-at-large and to potential clients, employees, students, and volunteers by making effective use of a variety of communication strategies all while ensuring brand integrity. To design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos. May use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects.

Job requirements:

  • High School Diploma, Associates preferred.
  • Certification in Adobe creative Suite required.
  • Computer Training – Career Tech Certificate preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience in graphics, digital media, or communications
  • Ability to operate various types of printing or publishing equipment.
  • Photography and Videography skills preferred.
