We are currently looking for driven individuals to join our field team. As a member of our field team, you will get to do all the interesting projects that arise from our landscape maintenance and enhancement clients. In any given week you may be installing a new lawn, renovating a garden, or doing a large property clean-up. Whatever you're doing though you won’t be bored. This is the job for someone who wants to do a lot of different projects each week and can think on their feet to get projects to the finish line.

We are NOT an APP and we do not pay based on piecework. We are looking for actual team members to service our over 800 Toronto clients. As a member of our team, you will receive the following benefits:

Rate of Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour (depending on experience)

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Installing sod, mulch, plants, and other landscape enhancements (no stonework).
  • Spotting opportunity areas for improvements or upsell on our accounts.
  • Landscape Maintenance (weeding, deadheading, edging, trimming, seasonal pruning)
  • Manage a team of up to 3 people while performing services; motivate, coach, and mentor team

Requirements:

  • Valid G license with a clean driving record
  • At least 2 seasons of landscape maintenance or enhancements experience
  • 1-2 years of experience leading crew members
  • Having a safety-first mindset and minding the safety of yourself, co-workers, and the public.
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the job including bending, lifting, utilizing hand tools, and working in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized, self-motivated, dependable
