Lindsay Landscape is currently seeking labourers for a variety of different crews including construction, maintenance, and horticulture. Successful applicants are not required to have previous experience or specific levels of education, however any relevant previous experience would be an asset. Some degree of physical fitness is also an asset as the work is outdoor manual labour, 40-50 hours per week.
Duties will include cutting grass with both push mowers and riding mowers, hand weeding and other gardening duties under the supervision of a gardener, and turf care responsibilities such as fertilizing, aerating, and seeding. Labourers on the construction crew can expect to be called upon to perform a variety of tasks under the direction of the lead hand and crew leader including (but not limited to) operating equipment, carrying materials, digging, grading, laying interlock, etc.
This is a full-time position with the opportunity to continue year round during the winter months
Rate of pay begins at $18 hr.
