In addition to having a passion for landscaping, candidates must have proven abilities as a team member participating in the construction of residential projects. Responsibilities will include all aspects of hard and soft landscape construction.
- Thorough knowledge of landscape construction techniques with the ability to build landscape designs with minimal supervision
- Ability to lead (manage) build crew taking full responsibility of construction project(s) and leading build crew directing tasks & work requirements
- Completely understands all aspects of landscaping in order to communicate effectively with clients, crew, and suppliers
- Capable of operating all necessary equipment (skid steer, mini-ex, etc)
- Safety training and formal landscape training (e.g. CHT, ICPI) would be an asset
