QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicant shall be able to successfully lead a skilled hardscaping team
• Applicant shall be responsible for clocking the team in/out, job costing, maintaining the expected schedule, etc all via phone app
• Applicant shall be able to operate cut off stone saws, compactors, and other power tools
• Applicant shall be able to build retaining walls, patios
• Applicant shall be able to grade for interlock stone
• Applicant shall be have a strong work ethic, customer services skills, attention to detail, and reliability
• EI available
• valid drivers license
• ability to get to local job sites within Durham Region
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Able to work in a team environment or individually
• able to lift 50-80lbs
• $30+ based on experience
• willingness to grow within the company
