Qaulified individuals are to assist in the performance of property maintenace duties in a crew environment. Resposibilities may include operation of small equipment (mowers/line trimmers/back pack blowers), operation of hand held tools (shovel/rake/culitvator), and be ble to endure repetetive tasks. Experience is preferred but not requried.
Successful candidates will possess a positive attitude and are driven to further themselves in the industry. Opportunity for advancement in both wage and position are readily available to those individuals who display professionalism and are motivated.
Transportation to our location is required. G liscence also required (driver's abstract may be requested).
Typical work hours are 40-50 per week, Monday through Friday. Saturday work is limited (weather related), No Sunday work.
