That’s on purpose. Of course, you will have goals and numbers to hit each month…but we’re not looking for you to be an over-eager customer killer. The way we do biz here is obsessively focused on our customers. Yeah yeah…everyone says that…but we never do anything without asking the question: Is this right for the customer?

As our Sales Manager at our Tempe, Az location you’ll be:

  • Overseeing performance on a call by call basis on the phone, by messenger, and by email

  • Talking directly to the customers to close deals

  • Ensuring appointments are sitting at critical mass

  • Training team members individually and in groups

  • Developing and working on a personal leadership plan

  • Positively contributing to the happiness, health, and wealth of the culture

  • Ensuring that maintenance calls were performed thoroughly

  • Ensuring that service calls are performed successfully and to the delight of customers

  • Ensuring all legitimate sales opportunities are closed

  • Following up incessantly on all unclosed business

  • Monitoring and maintaining benchmark KPI’s

  • Coordinating with the Operations Manager to ensure client delight

When you bring those traits to us, you’ll make at least $70,000. A top-notch Sales Manager will see a paycheck more like $120,000 plus.
