We are currently recruiting an articulate, energetic and passionate individual for the Program Coordinator position who will be responsible for the overall delivery and organization of One Voice One Team programming. Designing, traning and delivering programs that educate, empower and equip youth to step into their leadership potential. The position will be virtual and in-person

 

You will be responsible for:

 

• Staff training and program develpoment
• Program delivery including assemblies and workshops (virtual & in-person)
• Delegating and managing tasks and activities related to programming
• Tracking performance of staff members and reporting to OVOT management
• Developing reports to be shared with board members and stakeholders 
• Developing training plan for programming delivery team 

Details:

- Wage Range $19.50-$22 (based on experience and education)

- Benefits offered after 6 months 

- Full-time permanent position with room for advancement
