Serenity Property Management Inc. (Port Carling) is looking for enthusiastic people to be part of our team.

JOB DUTIES

Supervise and coordinate yard work on lawns, gardens, areas around waterfront and beaches, planters, other landscape spaces.
Establish work schedules for cleaning and maintenance of all interior plantscapes, docks, decks, driveways, and pathways for working crews.
Organize efficient the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, lawns, shrubs and hedges, snow, and foliage removal.
Work and train others to work in a safe manner and within company guidelines and health and safety procedures, resolve work-related problems, prepare reports, records, and worksheets.
Oversee work with tools and power equipment and adapt to ever-changing situations.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE

Ability to perform manual labor duties and lift up to 50 lbs is preferable
Ability to follow instructions
Experience with hand tools and power equipment is an asset
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, 2 is preferable
Education: High School is preferable
