Charm Diamond Centres, the largest independently owned Canadian jewellery company, is growing and looking for an outgoing and passionate Part-Time Seasonal Customer Experience Associate. This role will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers and will proudly promote our company mission to Win the Customer for Life by providing outstanding service to each and every customer. 

The ideal candidate will need to be available during our peak times, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

JOB SUMMARY: 

• Provide professional and outstanding customer service to all customers 
• Greet and build rapport with customers
• Assist in processing transactions and complete sales at POS
• Process credit applications and transactions
• Prepare and follow-up on repairs and layaways
• Organize virtual appointments
• Follow all security and loss prevention procedures
• Follow COVID-19 protocols and assist with cleaning/sanitizing
• Additional administrative tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to connect with customers
• Professional in appearance
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Able to adhere to our company COVID-19 policies 
• Must be available days, evenings, and weekends
