Maintenance Crew Leader/Foreman

* We are looking for experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew leaders & Foreman's to maintain either High-End residential properties or Commercial/Industrial sites. *

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage time-efficient maintenance grounds/cleanup schedules
Work alongside crew members ensuring quality work and safety
Self-motivated and have the ability to take direction
Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ensure all company equipment is properly cared for and maintained
Submit proper organized paperwork via LMN Software

Required experience:

Landscape maintenance: 2-3 years
Adequate Plant Knowledge
Required Licenses or certifications
Own transportation to work
Drivers License G

Salary: $25.00 to $30.00/hour - or based on experience.
