Demand Generation Representative

The Demand Generation Representative is responsible for lead generation and growth for CDE Services, Inc., and its brands, namely goEBT.  Responsibilities include all areas of demand generation, such as marketing automation, multi-channel marketing campaigns, SEO, content curation, advertising, landing pages (WordPress) and blogs.  The ideal candidate will be a native Spanish speaker who has excellent control of both the Spanish and English language.  The Demand Generation Representative will report to the head of marketing.

SOLUTIONS INNOVATION & DELIVERY – MARKETING DIVISION

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed goals for marketing qualified lead generation that increases customer acquisition.
  • Contribute heavily to multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate leads for new business.
  • Support product launches as it relates to generating new business.
  • Curate content for our Spanish-speaking merchants to be used for website, social media, email campaigns and ads.
  • Test and evaluate campaign performance and suggest areas for focus and improvement.
  • Understand and contribute to buyer personas and targeted messaging for our various audience segments and verticals.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow the company’s merchant base through integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Design landing pages to support lead generation efforts.
  • Update activities in the marcoms calendar.
  • Support Google Ads campaigns.
  • Report on demand generation activities.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to create integrated inbound/outbound marketing campaigns for different audience segments in various stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Deep understanding of email marketing, including awareness, nurture, and trigger-based campaigns.
  • Successful track record of executing multi-channel campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Expert interpreter of marketing metrics.
  • Marketing automation, HubSpot preferred.
  • Ability to design measurable multi-channel marketing campaigns with a solid understanding of a broad variety of marketing tactics designed to generate growth.
  • CRM experience, specifically as it relates to fueling the lead generation process and measuring success.
  • Spanish and English grammar expert who enjoys writing in both languages.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices with ability to naturally incorporate keywords into blog posts and web pages to improve page rankings.
  • Google Marketing experience preferred (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google My Business).
  • Experience with lead generation from both in-person and virtual events.
  • Understanding of social media tactics and engagement, specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube (video marketing).
  • Analytical, strategic, and disciplined with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic with focus on both details and results.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and focus, goal oriented.
  • Time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently with light supervision.
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.

 

Job Requirements      

  • 4 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience with a concentration in demand generation with proven, measurable results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field required.
  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent command of both the Spanish and English language strongly preferred.
  • HubSpot or similar marketing automation experience required.
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics.
  • Excellent content curator with a clear understanding of Spanish and English grammar.
  • Track record of producing successful integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech or payments industry preferred.
