Welcome To Nature's Own Landscape & Nursery Ltd. - Applying For The Crew Leader/Foreperson Position
Assign tasks based on work schedules, keep workers on task, complete timesheets and inspect the quality of work to ensure job requirements are met.
Instruct crew members on proper work standards.
Interact with customers to resolve issues or answer questions.
Crew leaders, also called foreperson would have to be motivated and lead by example and would work along with crew members in completing all landscape construction projects.
You would need to be able to operate a skidsteer, stone saws, and other small power equipment.
We would also require a person in this position to have between 3-5 years experience.
