Landscape Installation Leads work with our busy installations team, managing a crew of one or more landscape installers, and tackling a huge variety of landscape installation work - from sod installation and garden planting, to full landscape installation, deck and fence repair, hardscaping and more.

You are good with your hands and love to work outside, and you have experience building and installing outdoor landscapes. You’re comfortable leading a team, and familiar with industry best practices for installing a range of landscape features - from gardens to lawns, mulch to simple hardscapes. Qualifications and Skills

love building things with your hands
knowledge of outdoor construction practices
minimum 2 years related job experience
experience using line trimmers, blowers, mowers, and hedge trimmers and related small engine equipment
valid G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
you aren’t afraid to jump in to new situations, and you learn quickly
you can manage your time and prioritize to get the job done
excellent communication skills
confident managing and training team members
smartphone with working camera and data

Compensation and Benefits

$26-30 / hour based on experience
