We are looking for an Experienced Hands on Landscape Foreperson who is driven, mentally and physically capable of the daily challenges involved with landscape construction. This creative career oriented individual should align with our core vales: Respect, Passion, Quality, Family and Commitment.

The Role:

• Lead project with all stakeholders, including clients, management, sub contractors and team members, and other onsite trades,
• Efficiently manage all stages of construction from site planning and set up to completion/ warranty while ensuring the highest quality of workmanship
• Knowledge of grading, excavation, job site organizing, reading, and interpreting landscape designs/ blueprints/surveys
• Lead and manage team of 3-6 team members, while taking active part in the daily construction of the project, including but not limiting machine operations, installing interlock, flagstone, landscape walls, custom features, planting
• Train team member on proper equipment/tool use, policies and procedures
• Ensure proper health and safety measure are taken while onsite
• Building strong teams foundations

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management experience with keen attention to detail;
• Ability to read landscape plans and understand elevations/grading;
• Thrive in a fast paced work, team orientated environment, while working efficiently

to manager the overall job site

• Strong communication skills
• A growth mindset, celebrates wins and discussed opportunities for continuous process improvement
• Class G ( or higher) license with a clean abstract and reliable transportation
• Skid steer, excavator, loaders, vacuum lifters or other heavy equipment experience
