Welcome To Cudmore's Landscape & Design - Applying For The Team Members Position

Our team is looking for team members to join our team for the upcoming 2022 season. Whether you have landscape experience or are looking for a career change, we want to hear your story.

We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, an enthusiasm to work collaboratively within a growing team and the ability to drive a variety of work forward for a fantastic customer base. Our season runs from the end of March to the beginning of December and our team members have the opportunity to earn offseason Supplemental Unemployment Benefits while they pursue further learning, travel or rest in the offseason.

Joining our team means you will have the opportunity to constantly learn about plants, participate in the realization of landscape designs, work outside, be supported in your learning and training, receive company contributions towards offseason courses, and enjoy the satisfaction of visusal project results, day after day.

Team Member responsibilities include contributing to the progress of various, multi-faceted residential landscape projects, proactively communicating with our amazing team to identify next steps, and helping to ensure Cudmore’s Landscape & Design’s on-site standards and safety protocols are being consistently upheld. You'll also be involved in supporting plant sourcing, handling, planting and working with your teammates as we progress through a busy season of booked projects.

First and foremost, we are looking for great people – skills can be taught. Does this sound like you?

  • You are open minded and hard working – you enjoy rolling with the punches and challenging yourself.
  • You embrace variety and provide a variety of services on a weekly basis.
  • You are outgoing, resourceful and proactive.
  • You thrive in a team setting and enjoy being collaborative with your peers.
  • You don’t have a difficult time communicating in a team setting.
  • You have no problem with a physically demanding role, with varying hours.
  • Just like us, you’re able to set your ego aside and roll up your sleeves.
