Welcome To Cudmore's Landscape & Design - Applying For The Crew Leader/Foreperson Position

Our team is looking to add someone with one to three years of experience in the landscape industry, ideally including experience in landscape construction. This person will have a positive attitude, enthusiasm to work collaboratively within a growing team and the ability to drive a variety of work forward for a fantastic customer base. Responsibilities will include contributing to and/or leading the progress of construction-based projects, contributing to the completion of garden renovations, proactively communicating next steps to the team, and helping to ensure Cudmore’s Landscape & Design’s on-site standards and safety protocols are being consistently upheld.

Our season typically runs from the end of March to the beginning of December and our team members have the opportunity to earn offseason Supplemental Unemployment Benefits while they pursue further learning, travel or rest in the offseason.
