Landscape Crewmembers will perform a number of physical tasks under the supervision of the Site Foreman or Lead Hand. These duties will include shoveling, raking, carrying materials around the jobsite, and digging. This position will assist in tree and shrub planting, interlock paving, retaining wall installation, grading, sodding, and masonry work. These tasks could be done by hand, using hand tools, or with the help of small machines.

Responsibilities/daily tasks:

• Assist foreman or lead hand in site preparation, Installation and clean up on a daily basis.
• Operate various power tools or equipment such as concrete saws, Jackhammer, Plate tamper, Miter saw, etc.
• Move material around the job site by hand, wheelbarrow or machine.
• Plant trees and shrubs.
• Dig the ground by shovel or machine.
• Load and unloads material.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

• Familiar with physical work.
• Possess a strong work ethic and highly motivated.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Enthusiastic and hardworking attitude.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Capability to work outside under the bad weather condition.
• Willing to learn.
• Able to come to the work every day and on time.
