Bloom Field is looking for a Foreman/woman to lead one of our Hardscape crews. We specialize in back yard resorts. In all our projects we install a Fibreglass pool, gardens, interlock, lighting, and waterfalls. Every jobsite has a skid steer and excavator to maximize efficiency. Brand new landscape trucks for the 2022! You will be provided with the best tools and anything you require to get the job done right. We want our people to work smart and safe!
A Lead hand has the following skills;
- Lead your crew professionally, while teaching people under you how to do the best job possible.
- Able to follow and enforce all Bloom Field/health and safety protocols
- has a G license and clean abstract.
- able to get themselves to the yard in Newcastle and home at the end of the day
- is punctual!
- has knowledge of interlock installation with years of experience in installation methods
- able to operate hand tools such as, quick cut saws, drills, plate tampers
- has a positive attitude and keeps the crew motivated
- able to operate bobcat machines.
- can follow blue prints
