Job Description:
-Manage daily production of construction/enhancement projects
-Maintain daily schedules and budgets
-Managing a team of 20-25 employees
-Interviewing and hiring of staff
-Team building and training
-Overlook Safety training of employee and ensure a safe worksite
-Job requires candidate to work in the office as well as in the field when required.
-Company vehicle provided
Qualifications:
-Strong knowledge of Landscape Construction
-Customer Service skills
-Computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Sheets.
-College Diploma in Horticulture or at least 10years experience in the Landscape Construction field.
-Valid G license or higher with clean drivers abstract
-Company vehicle is included with position
