Welcome To The Gardener Richmond Hill - Applying For The Crew Leader/Foreperson Position

• Ability to operate all relevant equipment such as push mower, line trimmer, blower, etc
• Operate walk-behind and zero turn mowers
• Ensure truck and trailer are clean and organized as well as loaded safely
• Responsible for the completion of daily logs for crew
• Demonstrate leadership and guidance to crew
• Responsible for the delegation of crew tasks
• Experience pruning and caring for shrubs and plants (hedge trimming etc.)
• Walking of entire job sites for inspection
• Interact with clients on site when needed, providing exceptional customer service in a polite and courteous manner
• Ensure that all PPE’s are being worn in compliance with company and legislative regulations
• Train crew daily, as to proper techniques, work procedures, maintenance and safety issues
