Welcome To The Gardener Richmond Hill - Applying For The Crew Leader/Foreperson Position
- Ability to operate all relevant equipment such as push mower, line trimmer, blower, etc
- Operate walk-behind and zero turn mowers
- Ensure truck and trailer are clean and organized as well as loaded safely
- Responsible for the completion of daily logs for crew
- Demonstrate leadership and guidance to crew
- Responsible for the delegation of crew tasks
- Experience pruning and caring for shrubs and plants (hedge trimming etc.)
- Walking of entire job sites for inspection
- Interact with clients on site when needed, providing exceptional customer service in a polite and courteous manner
- Ensure that all PPE’s are being worn in compliance with company and legislative regulations
- Train crew daily, as to proper techniques, work procedures, maintenance and safety issues
