Complete landscape jobs such as interlocking projects, asphalt paving, concrete work and sod jobs working 10 hours a day 5-6 days a week. Assign tasks to crew, keep workers on task, complete timesheets and inspect the quality of work to ensure job requirements are met. Instruct crew members on proper work standards. Opirate equipment such as skids steers, excavators quick saws and tampers. Crew leaders, also called foreperson, work along with crew members in completing all landscaping installations/maintenance. This job can transfer to a winter snow removal position and be a year round Job
