Here at Yellowhawk Resort, we have launched an exciting new concept in a well-established space among the Southside wineries of Walla Walla. We are looking for an enthusiastic host for our Tasting Room who will welcome and seat guests with warmth and confidence. Previous hosting experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate. Cover letters are strongly encouraged! Tell us who you are.
Primary Duties:
- Greet guests as they enter the Tasting Room and direct them to check-in
- Manage online and walk-in reservations
- Plan the day's reservations in our booking system and follow a server rotation to ensure even flow of service
- Communicate any special requests, allergies, or reservation notes with servers and/or manager if needed
- Assist with cleaning and restocking restrooms and Tasting Room service area
- Position involves standing for prolonged periods of time, occasionally lifting, crouching, and moving furniture
