Job Overview:
Ensure outstanding customer service by following company systems. Follow the procedures to efficiently coordinate resources (people, materials, inventory, and equipment) for projects between multiple operating teams. Coordinate communication between customers, team leaders and sales. Notify and schedule customers when needed. Transferring customer and project information between software.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resources to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Use organizational tools to minimize logistics (i.e. driving time ...etc.) by increasing job density.
- Revise project schedules daily to cope with potential changes, while keeping customers and operation heads informed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively or inform the immediate supervisor of any unresolved complaints.
- Record and transfer customer and project information to the designated software for project management and dispatching.
- Schedule and book customers.
- Ensure outstanding balances are tracked, noted and collected.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Basic Qualifications:
- No administrative experience is required.
- Proactive when encountering a problem.
- Excellent at multitasking
- Good at secretarial duties is essential.
- Skillful in using customer relationship management software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent at handling customer complaints.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Proof of legal eligibility to work in Canada.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Able to write, read and speak English fluently.
