Fire & Vine Hospitality is seeking an exceptional leader to facilitate needs across our Seattle locations, helping to create amazing dining experiences for our guests and the absolute best workplaces for our team of professionals. Our greater Seattle area locations include: El Gaucho Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, AQUA by El Gaucho and Aerlume Seattle.

As our new General Manager in Training, you will travel between Seattle properties, working alongside teams with the long-term goal of becoming General Manager at one of our locations as our company expands. Our ideal candidate will uphold our vision, policies, procedures, and standards, embracing our motto, “We revel in celebrating lives.”

 Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports, and analysis.
  • Strong networking expertise with business contacts
  • Ability to identify, train, and lead staff in a positive, productive environment
  • Demonstrated expertise with current sales/marketing and food/beverage trends, and other industry-related issues.

Compensation: $90,000-$100,00 | Annual Salary | DOE
