The Role

We're Looking For

Experience & Skills:

3-5 years restaurant management experience, preferably fine dining
Proven operational leadership in high-pressure environments
Expert knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
Strong financial management skills (forecasting, cost control)
Exceptional multitasking and communication abilities
Meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional dining etiquette and service standards
