ALL-PRO Landscaping & Carpentry Ltd. specializes in hardscape construction projects for our residential clients (homeowners) in Ajax, Pickering, and East Scarborough (West Rouge, etc.): interlock pavers/slabs, wall systems, steps, natural stone (armour stone, square-cut flagstone, etc.), decks, plus sod, mulch, etc.
The SKILLED HARDSCAPE INSTALLER (INTERLOCK, ETC.) candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
The WAGE RANGE for this position is $26-$30 /hour, depending on the demonstrated skill level, experience, and education of the successful candidate.
The preferred candidate:
> Has a minimum of 3 years of experience installing interlock pavers/slabs (cutting, grading, etc.).
> Has a high-school diploma/GED or equivalent.
> Has a valid Class G DRIVER’S LICENCE (clean driver’s abstract) with the use of one’s own vehicle to drive to/between project sites.
> Must be a physically fit individual with the ability to lift approx. 50 lbs. and deal with a physically demanding hardscape construction work environment.
> Must provide their own steel-toed safety boots (CSA-approved) and gloves which must be worn in the workplace.
> Must have a keen attention to detail and worplace safety.
> Must be able to take direction and follow through with instructions, working well both in a team setting and independently.
