Work Duties 

 

Employees 

  • Confirm that the hours worked are correct and are correctly entered for the job 
  • Create jobs on the timesheet app for employees to log into 
  • Keep track of employees vacation days 
  • Keep track of tardies and sick days for employees 
  • Schedule employees vacation days
  • Deal with employees problems

 

Jobs 

  • Schedule all jobs and daily adjust the schedule as needed 
  • Delegate the work to the crews 
  • Create new jobs on Software with all information required 
  • Invoice when the Jobs are completed and collect the money 
  • Schedule ESA and arrange rough-in and final inspections, attend inspections if necessary. 

 

Office 

  • Match all pack slips with invoices and enter them into Hubdocs 
  • Enter all receipts into hubdocs 
  • Manage vehicle maintenance, insurance, and licenses 
  • Manage POs and change orders from Landart 
  • Manage Insurance for the business and licenses 
  • Manage the inventory for the shop 
  • Order materials and source items for future jobs 
  • File for service layouts from the Utilities 
  • Maintain a clean office 

 

Misc 

  • Pick up material and bring to job sites when needed 
  • Help out on sites when need 
  • Attend site meetings when required 
  • Prepare job costing and Budgets for up coming quarters
